We take unusual care over what appears here, and we leave out details we have not verified. Even so, descriptions are indicative rather than contractual. Anything you are planning around — occupancy, dates, rates, distances, accessibility — should be confirmed with us in writing before you book.
Availability and rates
Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Availability and rates are confirmed only in a written booking confirmation.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not reserve dates. A booking exists only once it has been confirmed by us and any deposit terms have been met.
