Why this page is empty
An empty page beats a convincing one.
It would be trivial to fill this page. Plenty of new rentals do, and the reviews read well: a name, a month, a warm paragraph about the view. Nobody checks.
We are not doing it, for a boring reason and a real one. The boring reason is that fabricated testimonials are illegal — the Competition Bureau treats them as false advertising, and marking them up as review data is one of the fastest ways to get a site removed from Google results entirely.
The real reason is that you are about to hand over a lot of money for a house you have not seen, on the strength of what this site tells you. Everything else here — the room dimensions, what the elevator does, which ski hills are private, what the pond is like in August — is either something we can show you in a photograph or something we have said we do not know yet. Reviews are not going to be the one place we start making things up.
In the meantime, the substitute for other people’s opinions is detail. There is a great deal of it, and none of it is flattering by accident.

Ask us anything you would otherwise want a review to tell you — how it sleeps twelve, what the elevator actually does, whether the roof works in October. We will answer plainly, including where the answer is that we do not know yet.
