Who we are

The Collingview is a privately owned property in Meaford, Ontario. This website is operated on its behalf.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and — only if you choose to give them — a phone number, company name, dates, group size and whatever you write in the message.

We do not ask for payment details on this website and we do not collect them.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, and to hold the conversation about your stay. That is all. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as it takes to answer them and, where a booking follows, for as long as our records of that booking need to exist. You can ask us to delete your details at any point.

Analytics and cookies

This site currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If measurement tools are added, this notice will be updated first and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it.
